I am thinking of getting a floral tattoo on my lower back?

some sort of flower or something on my lower back, and i rarely show my back so my dad probably wont find out, where can i get a tattoo underage??

No GOOD shop will tattoo someone who is underage, even with parental permission. Wait until you are of legal age to get it done.
Reply:you can't unless you want to risk the tattoo artist and thier reputation or have a shoddy job done. Just wait. it is a big decision and once your 18 and legal, get it done. there is no rush for perfection!
Reply:Wait till your 18 and be sure it really is something you want for the rest of your life. I read where a guy said it was a tramp stamp, see what he knows. A mans name on a woman is a tramp stamp.

Reply:Just a piece of advice, tattoos should be personal, one that mean something to you, not other. I would never ask someone else's idea for one...If you like flower draw a rough draft of...let's say a Tiger Lilly(my fave flower in orange and res with black speckles)...show it to them and they can help you figure something out...but I would strongly recommend thinking twice, thrice, four time...before you get it...it's there forever you know...

Oh, and if your worried about your dad finding out...you're probably under age so you should really wait until then...don't worry tattoos are never going to be a lost art!!

Reply:You don't want anyone doing it illegally. If they are doing it on someone underage that doesn't have parental permission, you don't know what else they are doing wrong. If they don't care about laws, they probably don't care about health codes either, and that raises your chances of infection. Why don't you wait until you're at least 18, it comes around a lot faster than you think.

As for the blood comment above, you just can't donate blood for the first 6 months to a year, but it's the same as after getting a vaccination shot.

the ink in tattoes kinda posions ur blood or something.not sure, but I think it does.

but if somebody needs a blood transfution and they have the same type of blood, u cant give it to them, cause thanx to that tattoe ur blood is not good.

so re-think and than get ur tattoe.
Reply:you haven't mentioned your age, but why don't you think about whether or not this is something you want 10, 15 or 20 + years from now. it may sound cool and 'in' right now but how will you feel about it many years from now? put some major thought into this before you get it done ...
Reply:I would very strongly advise you to stay away from anyone who was prepared to tattoo you underage. My concern would be that someone who is prepared to disregard their responsibility to only tattoo adults may also neglect other responsibilities, such as sterilisation of equipment. A good tattoo artist wouldn't be breaking the law, so it's likely that somone who'll tattoo you underage isn't a good tattoo artist - and so you'd potentially also be risking getting a dodgy tattoo. If you wait until you're old enough, you can access really good artists, and get really good tattoos. Sorry to disappoint you, but there it is.
Reply:don't get it on your lower back...those are called "tramp stamps" and people will think you're a slut. if you want it hidden from your dad, how about on your hip below your stomach? or how about you don't get one at all and wait until you're old enough, because if you find a place that gives tattoos to underaged people- chances are they're not safe.
Reply:i considered getting a tatto underage, too but i decided not to because like the other people said, it might come out ugly if you go to a person who's willing to do it to underage people ... so i think you should just get henna tattoos. they're cute and they come off so it doesn't mess up your skin. also, if you get caught by your dad, you'd be in a lot of trouble. you can also just get like airbrush tattoos but i think i would go with the henna tattoos.
