What happened to Flower on Meerkat Manor?!?
Poor Flower was bitten in the face by a snake and died due to her injuries. It was very sad actually because she had just adopted an orphaned baby by the other Meerkat clan. You should start watching it again!
Reply:She died trying to protect the other meerkats from a snake.
Reply:Flower went into the family den after a Cobra in an effort to defend her babbies when the snake bit her on the face/head area.
Those filming the sequence said she didn't come out of the den for two days and when she did appear her face was swollen. They tried in vain to save her. She is buried near the den.
They posted this on the web site for Meerkat Manor in an effort to let people know that they did try to save her. They are as upset as the fans are with the passing of Flower.
Reply:She's DEAD!!!!!!!!!!! She tried to stop a snake from getting to her kids and the snake jumped up and bit her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My son acted like he was so hurt! I said boy, that's life, animals live and they die.
Reply:***She was our beloved little pillar of strength and will be greatly missed. I hope that cobra is twisting and writhing in pain.
