I seen on TV shows where they take one photo, say of a flower, and hide it behind another photo, say of a house. All you see is the house and you don't see the flower. The flower is revield by some filter. Is it just hollywood, or can it be done and how?
Can you hide one photo in another in the same file or is it just hollywood pseudo-cryptology?
it is indeed reality, and is called steganography:

you can also hide other forms of data within pictures, such as text - i would imagine you could hide any form of data within a steganographic image provided the receiver has the appropriate software to retrieve that hidden data at the other end.
