What kind of makeup should I do for prom?

I have a light lavendar dress, with silver glitter flower designs all over, but hints of dark purple. it's strapless. I was thinking maybe I could go with some form of purple-y eyeshadow, but I'm not real sure. Can anyone show me some glam styles? Thanks!

i think a silver eyeshadow would go nicely.

and peach lips. but keep it simple - always more effective.

step 1: apply a dark purple eyeshadow like an eyeliner on your top eyelid.

step 2: then apply a lighter purple all over your lid.

step 3: then apply a silver eyeshadow where your eyebrow arches and in the inner corners of your eyes.

step 4: top it off with a black volumizing mascara or false eyelashes.

step 5: slick on a clear or pink lipgloss and your good to go

Reply:Well A Good Idea Would Be To Get The Right Colours! DO NOT use purple you'll look like a phunk forced to wear a dress to the prom! first of all buy a lavender eye shadow powder And lightly apply it to the top of ur eye lids. Next get a silver glitter liquid eye liner and apply it just above eye lashes and put a very small amont under bottom lashes. And last of all get a silvery grey eye liner and lod on rims of your eyes!
