My kid used to watch this tv show in the 90's about this guy named Pappy and he drew things and all of his things talked (like his house, paintbrush,flowers, ect.) i was wondering if anyone knew the name of the show?

i would wake up at 6am every saturday to watch that show!!!
but my mom ended up making me stop bc i got sooo upset one day because i couldnt draw something. =[
but i leanred alot from the show and still apply his stuff to my art classes today
but doodlebug i think his name was i absolutly loved bc my parents called me doodles
