Crepe Mytrle tree, Is it dying or normal?

I live in Florida, my crepe myrtle tree is losing it's leaves, but shows some new growth, the berries that will be flowers are nice and green, but others are turning black. The tree has been planted for 4 years. So do I need to fertilize or is all this normal? My other crepes are fine and full. Please help

Cut a sample branch and take it to a good garden center. Let them diagnose the disease, which I'm sure it has. There may be a solution rather than cutting it down.
Reply:Sorry, but I think it's diseased. You should ,and I really hate to say this, take it out before it infects the others.
