I saw this thing on tv, anyone have a recipe?

yesterday on ready steady cook, i saw this cheese bread being made. they didnt realy show all that went in it. the end result looked like a yellowish thick pancake or pizzalike like cake with green bits (thyme prolly)



but this is what i did see:

eggs, flower, cheese (dunno which kind, i think it was parmezan), honey, thyme, milk



does anyone have a recipe for this or anything similar, or atleast know how to bake it? and do you think this would work with goatscheese aswell?

Cheese, honey and thyme flatbread with dressed spinach salad

Ingredients



For the flatbread

170g/6oz self-raising flour, plus extra for dusting

pinch salt

? tbsp fresh thyme leaves

85g/3oz Wensleydale cheese, grated

1 tbsp clear honey

1 tbsp yoghurt

1 tbsp olive oil

2-4 tbsp milk

For the dressed spinach salad

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp balsamic vinegar

150g/5?oz baby spinach leaves, washed and dried



Method



1. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.

2. For the flatbread, mix together the flour, salt, thyme and cheese in a large bowl.

3. Make a well in the centre and add the honey, yoghurt, olive oil and enough milk to bind.

4. Knead briefly on a clean, lightly-floured surface until the dough is smooth.

5. Roll out to 1cm/?in thick and place on a non-stick baking sheet dusted in flour.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the base of the bread sounds hollow when tapped.

7. For the dressed spinach salad, whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Place the spinach leaves in a large bowl, pour over the dressing and mix well.

8. To serve, transfer the salad to a serving plate with the warm bread.
